About FishLinked Charters
Founded in 2010, the Segat MacMillian Enterprise of companies main focus at that time was providing anglers with tackle and advise through their store front and on-line tackle shop, FishLinked Angler Center. In 2020 with our son's Sebastian and Alexander MacMillian, we decided to expand our business to further share our knowledge and love for fishing. As part of that expansion we opened FishLinked Charters with our team making up over 50 years of combined experience fishing the waters of New England for all types of fish.
At Fishlinked Charters our team is passionate about fishing and sharing their knowledge with you. With that in mind, we offer charters throughout the waters of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Our Captains have a track record of catching fish.

Our Team
Capt. Sebastian MacMillian, Co-Founder
A professional captain and fisherman, "Sebas" learned to fish from his parents at a very young age, fishing the waters off New England.
After attending pre-law at University of Alabama, Sebas decided that he wanted to follow his passion for fishing using his 20 years of experience to expand the families fishing business as one of the co-owners of FishLinked Charters. After obtaining his captains license, Sebas purchased his first boat to start sharing his love and knowledge of fishing.

Today Sebas is an instrumental part of FishLinked Charters as the primary Captain taking people out fishing on the company’s two boats. Reach out to Sebas or if you want to book a charter or have any questions, he will be happy share some knowledge or just to engage in a conversation. Tight Lines.
Alexander MacMillian, Co-Founder
Alexander is the Lead Mate for FishLinked Charters and one of the co-founders of the business. He is a professional fisherman and a world accomplished diver, with more than 18 years of experience. He became interested and initially learned fishing from his parents at a very young age and throughout the years master his trade. Today he has taking far beyond, with in-depth studies focused on sea temperatures breaks, oxogen levels and more to lazor in on where the fish will be. He has a 100% success record for putting clients on fish.

Today Alexander is key part of our businesses and one of the co-founders of FLK Connect, our wholesale, manufacturing and distribution company. In addition to owner/operational responsibilities at FishLinked Angler Center our bait and tackle store.

On charters Alexander enjoys sharing his knowledge with the clients we take out fishing, showing them different techniques that he has mastered over the years that are proven to catch fish. You can find him in the shop or on one of our boats talking with our clients about fishing and sharing his knowledge and his love of fishing. Tight Lines.
Capt. Seamus Kneeland
Growing up on the South Shore, Capt. Seamus Kneeland has been fishing recreationally alongside his father since he was a boy. In his adult years, Seamus spent years fishing both fresh and saltwater throughout New England as well as Florida, the Carolinas, and California between deployments while serving in the United States Marine Corps.
Upon returning home, Capt. Seamus combined that love of fishing with his love for satisfying work. After commercially fishing with one or two friends, he found a job with Plymouth Charters out of Plymouth, MA, shadowing and learning from their experienced Captain while working in a philanthropic role, taking wounded veterans fishing and working with charities like Veteran Angler Charters and Rifles to Rods. This experience allowed Capt. Seamus the ability to learn the trade and obtain his USCG Master’s Near-Coastal license.
Today, Capt. Seamus splits his time between working as a professional firefighter for the town of Plymouth and enjoying his love of the outdoors. Whether he is fishing, riding motorcycles, golfing, or seeing live music, Seamus is always in for a great experience and is here to make the most out of summer with you. Tight Lines.
Travis MacMillian
A professional and avid fisherman growing up fishing the water off New England and west coast of California, Travis knows how to catch fish.
One of the co-founders of FishLinked Angler Center and FishLinked Charters, Travis loves to share his knowledge and passion for fishing and this is the main reason why the business was established.
Today when his schedule allows, Travis will work on one of the boats taking people out on charters to share with clients his 40 plus years of fishing experience.
